Carpet Cleaning Technician

Position Summary / Purpose

Perez Inc. is a premier carpet cleaning firm that is dedicated to providing our clients with fast, professional, and innovative services when they need it most—when our clients have experienced an emergency that requires immediate action.  

We are currently seeking a Carpet Cleaning Technician to become a part of our team! The successful candidate will assist in retaining customers by fulfilling the company’s obligations through the delivery of carpet cleaning, carpet repairs and re-stretch, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, air duct cleaning, area rug cleaning, water extraction, pet odor control, pressure wash, and sewage, water, mold removal.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work after hours, weekends and some holidays
• Valid Driver License
• 25 years of age or older (Vehicle insurance purposes)

Candidates will be required to pass a drug & alcohol test, motor vehicle record check and criminal background check.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Effectively perform all cleaning and restoration services the company offers
• Communicate effectively with customers
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Inspect completed work
• Complete technician’s daily log
• Complete Work Orders
• Complete appropriate restoration documentation
• Maintain appearance and stock of appropriate tools, materials and supplies for company vehicles
• Maintain inventory of related supplies
• Follow safety guidelines and operating procedures for equipment and products
• Perform other duties as assigned
